BOMARE COMPANY had the honor of welcoming the International Labour Organization (ILO - UNO Member) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) members to its factory in Birtouta. This visit, part of the STED (Skills Training for Economic Development) project, underscored the critical importance of enhancing vocational training for engineers in Algeria. The delegation was warmly received by our factory director, Mr. Damiche Mohamed.
The STED project aims to improve the quality of vocational training and strengthen the connection between education and industry. Through this initiative, the ILO and BOMARE COMPANY are working together to create training programs that meet the evolving demands and necessary skills of the labor market.

expert and professor at Dongguk University, shared valuable knowledge on training methods and industrial practices that can inform our approach at BOMARE COMPANY.
