BOMARE COMPANY has a factory located in Birtouta (Algiers), which extends over 15000m ² including 5500m ² of buildings.

It contains three production units:

1.      SMT PRODUCTION UNIT: In terms of equipment, BOMARE COMPANY is still positioned among the leaders. The Algerian company has new equipment capable of producing all types of MPCBs for different sectors: broadcasting, telecommunications, medical equipment, mobile phones, computers…etc. The SMT production unit contains two High Volume SMT Line equipped with Line manager and full traceability modules. The equipment are purchased from worldwide leaders in their respective fields such as, the American «UNIVERSAL INSTRUMENTS», the European «DEK» and the Japanese «SAKI». The SMT Production Unit is composed of from different production lines:

• 02 high speed/high volume SMT lines composed of «UNIVERSAL INSTRUMENTS» insertion machines with 398000 CPH and capable of inserting components from 01005 Min to 30 x 30 x 6 Max and professional quality control equipment (AOI and 3D SPI from «SAKI»).

• Two functions test lines.

• The acquisition of an X-ray machine for quality control is being finalized.

2. TV ASSEMBLY UNIT: 03 TV assembly lines (LED, DLED, OLED and 3D).

3. SMARTPHONES PRODUCTION UNIT: 02 Smartphones and tablets assembly lines with «ROHD and SCHWARZ» RF test equipment contained in an ISO6 clean room.
