In its strategy of placing the customer at the heart of its concerns, BOMARE COMPANY, under its commercial brand STREAM, has unveiled a set of initiatives which strengthen its relationship with its customers, in particular by implementing a digitalization tool for its network after -sale.
STREAM opened its conference by reflecting on the success of its 2022 out-of-warranty campaign, during which it repaired more than a thousand of STREAM televisions free of charge throughout the national territory, thus proving its unfailing commitment to its customers, even beyond the standard warranty period which is 5 years. Moreover, it is the only television brand in Algeria to offer 5 years of warranty on its TVs and this thanks to expertise acquired over years in the making of electronic cards since 2006 and the repair of panels in 2011.
For the second year in a row, STREAM is committed to repairing its out-of-warranty TVs free of charge, under the slogan “Repair your out-of-warranty TV for free, second chance”. This campaign aims to increase customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues with their TVs, ensuring that STREAM remains a trusted brand.
The company also announced the launch of its digital after-sales service (After-sales service) platform to make the customer experience even more fluid and transparent. New features include real-time tracking of the status of products under repair, as well as the ability for customers to schedule their visits directly online, providing faster and more efficient service.
To conclude the press conference, STREAM presented the objectives of its 2023 out-of-warranty campaign.
